Letting people into your home, even to do necessary maintenance and repairs, requires some trust. That is why when we hire, we run a criminal background check and drug screen. Our technicians are certified by N.A.T.E. (North American Technicians Excellence) and the E.P.A. to work with environmentally harmful chemicals. While on your property our technicians will not smoke cigarettes, chew tobacco, drink alcohol, use your restroom, phone or refrigerator. They are mindful of their speech and will have drop cloths on the floor or shoe covers on their feet. Our technicians are in company uniforms at all times and drive new Swan service vehicles.

Finding the right person for our company can be a daunting process, but when we hire someone we are confident that we can trust them in our home and in yours.



Joining Our Team
At Swan Heating & Air Conditioning, we are a team. Our people are not employees. We encourage everyone to see themselves in that fashion. Employees have a job and are focused on getting a paycheck. Team members have goals and are focused on winning.

Every position in our company is extremely important. We believe our people must all be team players. For us to be successful as a team, there must be three winners in everything that we do. This includes how well we sell, service, and install; how we dress, communicate, and act; how courteous we are when driving and how neat and clean we keep our trucks.

The three winners must win in this order...

First, the client must win. They must be our first consideration in everything we do. Without clients, we would not be able to support our team.

Second, the team member must win. If the team member enjoys what they do, and is providing for their family and themselves, then they are able to make the clients happy.

Third, the team must win. If the team doesn't make it's goals then we will be in danger of losing both our team members and our clients.
