I had swan Heating and Air put in a high efficiency furnace and air conditioner and they were awesome. They were fairly priced, but they do fantastic work. The estimator was very knowledgeable and thorough. He recommended a whole house duct cleaning which they provided. They removed alot of dirt and dust. I didn't realize how much crud builds up in your ductwork. The installation crew was very polite and professional. They have a great attitude. I just had to write a review when a company does great work. I highly recommend Swan Heating and Air.

I am a relatively new home owner. The house I bought is a little older, and had only an old (but kind of cool) steam boiler system in it, and no A/C other than a solitary window unit.
I ran into about five local companies that did heating and A/C at the Denver Home Show, and invited them all to come down and make a bid on converting my place from A/C-less boiler house to high efficiency forced air furnace / air conditioned house.
One stood out FAR above the others. The sales professional who did the quote was very knowledgeable, offered a much more extensive solution, for so much less that I was sure there had to be a catch.
There was not.
The crew came on the day we set, got right to work, and in three and a half days, I was completely satisfied. The follow up was great, and even when I had the slightest additional request, they were out in a flash to accommodate.
Get another quote if you want. It will only make you laugh. I wish Tim Swan and his team all the success in the world. What a terrific experience. Thanks Guys!

I'm very pleased with my overall experience with Swan. The sales representative took the time to fully measure my home and heat load while others just "eyeballed" it based on square footage. Their price was very good and the installation team was professional, clean and did an excellent install. I highly recommend Swan.

Starting with the saleperson. He was knowledable, did a complete job in his estimation (measured house, windows, checked insulation) to appropriatly size a system. The work was started and completed in the timeframe stated. The installers were professional and knowledable. The finished installation was neat and clean.

After the initial installation of the new furnace, there was excessive noise while the air conditioning pump was running. They were to fix that problem. They were very responsive to our followup requests.
